While out waiting for the the sun to rise over Lake Superior, the sky lit up with this majestic orange for a few seconds just before the sun peeked out and created a real-life Rothko. I had been worried that I was not going to get much of a show since there were few clouds in the sky. Luckily, I had patience and did not give up on the morning.

My photos are available as metal prints. Printed on aluminum, the prints will last decades and have no need for a frame. 8x12 prints come with a stand that allows it to be put on a desk or table. Larger prints have hardware on the back that allow you to immediately mount it on your wall.
